Privacy policy

In short
- We collect only what we need to run your practice: your email, your courses and exam dates, and how you practice.
- We never ask for your student number, CWL password or grades.
- Your data is stored in Canada. We don't sell it.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at any time: info@Learn4Less.ca.
1. What we collect
- Account: your email address and name, used to sign you in.
- Setup: the courses you take, how far lecture has got, and your exam dates.
- Practice: your answers, scores, confidence ratings, time spent, flashcard reviews and any problems you report.
2. Why we use it
- To run the service: schedule your reviews, estimate mastery and readiness, and keep track of your mistakes.
- To improve questions, for example by finding ones that confuse many students. We only use combined, de-identified numbers for this.
3. Where it's stored
Our database is hosted in Canada. A few service providers (hosting, sign-in, payments and email) process data for us under contract.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. AI feedback (optional)
AI feedback on written answers is off unless you turn it on, and we ask for your consent first. When it's on, only the question and your answer are sent to an AI model provider in the United States, never your name or email.
5. Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it.
- Delete your account and personal information. Anonymous question statistics may remain.
- Email info@Learn4Less.ca for any of these.
6. Under 19
The age of majority in BC is 19. If you're under 19, please read this policy with a parent or guardian.
7. Law and contact
